In honor of the 120th anniversary of the birth of Queen Elizabeth,The Queen Mother we are taking a look back at Vintage Photos of The Queen Mother, née Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon.

Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon (4 August 1900 – 30 March 2002) was the wife of King George VI, and the mother of Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon.

In 1905, young Lady Elizabeth posed for a photograph at St. Paul’s Walden Bury, an English country house and surrounding gardens, home of Bowes-Lyon family in the village of St Paul’s Walden in Hertfordshire.
