THE LAST ENGAGEMENTS OF QUEEN MÁXIMA AND PRINCESS BEATRIX

Queen Máxima Visited the Parnassia Psychiatric Institute

On June 10, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands visited the Parnassia Psychiatric Institute (Parnassia Groep) in The Hague.

The Queen spoke to people with mental health problems about the impact of the corona pandemic on themselves and their treatment as well as opportunities and new developments.



Queen Máxima also received an explanation of the online treatment Super Brains. This app helps people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to control their lives.

Queen Maxima wore a sleeveless high-neck shirt by Zara, grey woolen suit by Massimo Dutti with pearl necklace and beige clutch.



Princess Beatrix Opened the Outdoor Play Day

On June 10, Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands attended the opening of the 13th edition of the National Outdoor Play Day of the National Youth Fund Jantje Beton in a playground in Baarn.

More than 350,000 children participate in Jantje Beton activities and projects every year. Jantje Beton calls on children to play outside in their own neighborhood this year. ⠀

After the opening, Princess Beatrix toured the playground and talked to children about their favorite outdoor games. She also spoke with volunteers of the playground about the effect of the coronavirus crisis.



The Princess is the patron of Jantje Beton. This is the first public appearance of Princess Beatrix since the Corona crisis.
