4 October 2019, Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain visit Orihuela (Alicante) and Los Alcázares (Murcia), two towns that were affected by September’s heavy rains. Both towns were severely flooded and were declared “disaster zones” because of the damaged caused by the rains.
In the morning The King and The Queen visited Orihuela, a city and municipality located in the province of Alicante, where they were received by authorities.
