Marie Gabrielle has three younger brothers:

- Prince Carl-Johan (born 1 August 1992).

The religious wedding of Princess Marie Gabrielle of Nassau and Antonius Willms took place on 2 September 2017 in a catholic ceremony at The Ermita del Santo Cristo de la Vera Cruz Church in Marbella, Spain.

The bride wore a spectacular full sleeve white wedding gown by Spanish designer Lorenzo Caprile, adorned with 5000 flowers and 10000 Swarovski crystals on the train.
For her religious ceremony Marie Gabrielle borrowed the Grand Duchess Adelaide Tiara from the Luxembourg vaults.
