PRINCESS ANNE RECEIVED HONORARY DEGREE

The Duchess of Rothesay (as The Duchess of Cornwall is known in Scotland), Chancellor of University of Aberdeen, presented The Princess Royal with an Honorary Degree recognising her charity work.

The ceremony took place at The University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland on January 14, 2020.

Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal received the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws (LLD) in recognition of her extensive charity work. Princess Anne is involved with over 300 charities, organisations and military regiments in the United Kingdom and overseas.

    The Duchess of Cornwall visited a sports centre and presented her sister-in-law Princess Anne with an honorary degree at the University of Aberdeen today – while the ‘Megxit’ drama rumbles on. Camilla, 72, who is known as the Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, a title she received after marrying Prince Charles, is chancellor of the university and looked thrilled to be bestowing the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws on her sister-in-law.
