MAXIMA AND WILLEM-ALEXANDER VISIT NATIONAL THEATER

On June 3, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands attend the first theater performance after the reopening of the National Theater in The Hague (Dutch: Het Nationale Theater in Den Haag).

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Theater was closed for eleven weeks.

Their Majesties talked to the actors and directors. King Willem-Alexander expresses his support and appreciation for everyone working in the theater sector.

The King and Queen of the Netherlands saw two special performances from new a series of shows “The National Theater always plays” (Dutch: Het Nationale Theater speelt altijd). The show can be visited by thirty people at time.

Queen Maxima wore “Lakai” dress by Zazi. The dress is a handmade piece created from upcycled cotton and embroidered by hand with beautiful colors.

She completed the look with black clutch and Gianvito Rossi black strappy sandals block heel.
