LADY LOUISE ATTENDS A HOCKEY TRAINING SESSION

Lady Louise Windsor and her mother Sophie, Countess of Wessex attended a hockey training session and met members of England Hockey at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre training grounds in Marlow, England on January 7, 2020.

The Countess is a big fan of the sport and has supported England Hockey in her position as Patron, since 2006.

During the visit The Countess of Wessex and Lady Louise met players from both the women’s and men’s team.



Lady Louise took the opportunity to practice her hitting and passing skills with a member of the England Hockey Women’s team before watching a training game and learning tactics!

The Countess spent time talking with captains and coaches while Lady Louise demonstrated some fine skills with Tess Howard.

England Hockey is training hard in preparation for this summer’s 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, with hopes to return home with medals.

The Countess of Wessex looked the picture of a proud mother as she watched Lady Louise practicing her hockey skills.

On Christmas Day, Lady Louise accompanied her parents, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, and members of the royal family at St Mary Magdalene’s Church for the morning service. Post HERE.
