On June 23, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene accompanied by their twins Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella attended Fête de la Saint Jean 2020 (English: The Feast of Saint John 2020) from the balcony of The Prince’s Palace of Monaco their official residence.

In Monaco, Fête de la Saint Jean started at sunset on 23 June with a religious ceremony in the Palatine Chapel.

At the end of the service a “batafoegu” (bonfire), known as “Le feu de la Saint-Jean”, was lit on Place du Palais and Monaco’s folk group La Palladienne performed during the festivities.



The Princely Family of Monaco, Prince Albert II, Prince Jacques, Princess Gabriella, and Princess Charlene during the Fête de la Saint Jean 2020.

These festivities took place in strict compliance with the health rules in force due to coronavirus pandemic.
