
CROWN PRINCESS MARY VISIT TO INDONESIA DAY 1

Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is visiting Indonesia from 2-4 December together with Development Cooperation Minister Rasmus Prehn and UN Population Fund (UNFPA) Executive Director Natalia Kanem. Her Royal Highness become a Patron of UNFPA in 2010.
The visit with a focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) will provide insight into how SRHR challenges and solutions are handled in Indonesia.

The Crown Princess will also participate in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Indonesia.
Crown Princess Mary wore a silk printed dress from H&M and her Gianvito Rossi Python Pointed Toe Pumps.
Panel Debate “Healthy & Organic Parenting”
Crown Princess Mary attended and spoke at a panel debate ‘Healthy & Organic Parenting’ focused on children, healthy diet and fitness. A number of young “influencers” also take part in the debate.

Marking of World AIDS Day 2019
On the occasion of World AIDS Day 2019, The Crown Princess took part in an observance of the day.
The Crown Princess delivered a speech: “Knowledge about HIV is perhaps the best protection against the virus. Young people must be informed through comprehensive sexuality education. And this must be guided by human rights”.

Working Dinner with the Danish Ambassador
In the evening, Crown Princess Mary, Minister Rasmus Prehn, UNFPA Executive Director Natalia Kanem and representatives of public authorities take part in a working dinner with Denmark’s Ambassador to Indonesia Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen.
